Our Team

Quin Kline

Prior to starting Q&A with Adam, Quin has worked in government, non-profits, and in leadership roles throughout the health insurance and service delivery sectors. Quin served on Capitol Hill as a staffer for Congressman Dave Hobson and worked in the White House during the 2004 Campaign. In her 15 years in corporate leadership roles, Quin has managed business development opportunities, strategic growth, and investor relations for companies with annual revenues ranging from $2 million to $16 billion.

Her diverse background includes management of startup and emerging company fund raising schedules, large government procurements, new product and sector launches, strategic partnership engagement and government affairs.

Quin has deep experience in the complex world of health care on the insurance and payer side. Quin has brought new plans and products to the marketplace both inside single states and across multiple state lines at the same time, giving her a unique insight into how to drive change and revenue growth.

When Quin is not working, she can be seen (and heard) at her children’s sporting events or hanging out at home with her husband and dogs.

Adam Murka

Prior to starting Q&A with Quin, Adam worked in politics, non-profits, business, and higher education, always with an eye towards adding value to the stakeholders his team serves.

Most immediately before launching Q&A, Adam served as the Vice President for External Affairs and Chief of Staff to the President at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. During his 11 years at Sinclair, Adam led grant-writing, fundraising, state and federal policy reform, public relations, and executed initiatives as varied as the purchase of large real estate to coordinating the college’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Before coming to Sinclair, Adam served as the district director, communications director, and campaign manager for Congressman Mike Turner where he worked directly on authorization and appropriations projects and other community initiatives.

He has experience running political and issue campaigns that have yielded hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and led advocacy initiatives that provided new opportunities to thousands. Adam has deep awareness of: government relations, revenue development and fundraising, issue advocacy, personal and executive development, crisis communication, and project management.

When he is occasionally not working, Adam typically is thinking about food, the Cincinnati Bengals, or eating food while watching the Cincinnati Bengals.
